What are Digital Leaders? Beth yw arweinwyr digidol?
Digital Leaders are children with a passion for technology who want to share their knowledge with others and promote the use of all things digital throughout the school. Being a Digital Leader is a fantastic opportunity to take on responsibility, learn new skills, develop and demonstrate leadership skills.
Community work
Our Digital Leaders have completed a Digital Champions course provided by DigiWales and take part in lots of community work. They are now recognised as Digital champions!
They have used this course and their expertise to lead a workshop at the Feelgood Factory to help the community fix and support with digital devices. They designed their own poster to advertise and the feedback was excellent!
What are our targets for the year?
To participate in the RCT digital leader's ambassador programme.
To promote online safety throughout the year, particularly during Safer Internet month.
To improve digital learning across the school through new iPad apps.
